- - 1 package golden vanilla oreo cookies
- - 1/3 cup melted butter
- - 1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream
- - 16 oz. jar butterscotch topping
- - 8 oz. tub cool whip
How To Make golden vanilla ice cream cake

Step 1Crush cookies, a few at a time. Melt butter and combine with cookie crumbs. Reserve 2 cups of crumbs for top. Press remaining crumbs in a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Slice ice cream and press in place over crumbs. Top with butterscotch topping. Cover with Cool Whip.

Step 3Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; cover and freeze until serving time.
