How to Make Golden Vanilla Ice Cream Cake
- Crush cookies, a few at a time.
Melt butter and combine with cookie crumbs. Reserve 2 cups of crumbs for top. Press remaining crumbs in a 9x13 pan.
- Slice ice cream and press in place over crumbs. Top with butterscotch topping. Cover with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; cover and freeze until serving time.
