1 boxgerman chocolate cake mix
1 pkgprepared coconut pecan frosting
1 pkgchocolate bark candy coating, melted
1 cflaked coconut
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make German Chocolate Cake Balls
- Prepare and Bake the cake mix according to package directions. When it is done remove it from the oven and allow it to cool. When it is cool crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Add the entire container of frosting to the crumbled cake and mix well. Roll the mixture into balls. Should make about 36. Chill them in the refrigerator.
- While the cake balls are firming, melt the chocolate bark. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and set them on wax paper.
- Sprinkle each cake ball with coconut and pecans before the chocolate sets.
After they dry, they are ready to eat.
