This is a baked pudding with all the best parts of a fruit cake!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, 2%
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, with cherries
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup raisins

How To Make fruit cake pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Pour melted butter into your baking dish. Pour a can of drained fruit cocktail on top of the butter. Set Aside.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl mix together flour, sugars, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour over your fruit.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle on chopped nuts and raisins. Bake for an hour. Let cool.
  • Step 4
    You can top with baked apple slices for a little crunch.
