Ingredients
- 4 cups diced or sliced apples (approximately 4 apples)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans
How To Make fresh apple cake

Step 1Pour sugar over apples, mix and let stand.

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients.

Step 3Separate 2 eggs and beat whites until stiff.

Step 4Pour cooking oil and egg yolks in with apples and mix.

Step 5Add dry ingredients, egg whites and pecans. Mix well.

Step 6Pour in tube or bundt pan.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before removing from pan.
