1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8"x8" pan.
2Peel, core and dice apples; set aside. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
3In a large mixing bowl, cream together brown sugar, egg and softened butter. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in diced apples, chopped nuts and butterscotch chips until all ingredients are well combined.
4Spread batter into prepared pan. Cook for 40-50 minutes until done. Cool before cutting.
