Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/3 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup butter (not margarine)-softened
- 4 - egg whites-beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - pinch of salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make fool proof white cake

Step 1Cream sugar and butter using an electric mixer. Alternate adding a little flour than water thoroughly mixing each time. Fold in the beaten egg whites, salt and vanilla. Add baking powder last. Cook in 3 round cake pans at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done using a tooth pick. Cool completely on a cooling rack before icing cake.
