This recipe came from a friend at work. It's easy to make and you don't have to wash the bowl or beaters between steps. Hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients

3/4 c
caramel ice cream topping
3
eggs
1 can(s)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 can(s)
12 oz evaporated milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract

CAKE

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c
water
1/3 c
canola oil
3
eggs

How to Make Flan Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 325. Spray non-stick bundt cake pan.
    Put caramel topping in bundt pan
  • 2Whip flan ingredients (eggs, both cans of milk, vanilla extract) and pour in pan.
    Prepare cake.
    Pour over flan mixture (carefully).
  • 3Bake 45 minutes.
    Cool 15-20 minutes then invert pan on plate.

    Store in fridge.
