first attempt at making royal frosting

There are 6 photos of this cake. This is a birthday cake I made for my Grand Niece. As you can see she loves EEK EEkS! The cupcakes were so easy to make, but the rest of the cake took a lot of time. The EEk EEk cup cakes use mini and regular size vanilla wafers for the nose and ears. Goggle eyes are candy. The balloons and party hat and the Happy Birthday Madison are cookie. Used Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix in a pouch with the Royal Frosting. After I got the hang of the consistency of the frosting it was fairly easy. I must admit that I love the cup cakes best of all! Very easy!!
