I was looking for cupcakes in my grandmother's depression cookbook to make something for my nephew, and found a recipe for "filled cupcakes". It was from scratch, but I just bought a devil's food cake mix, frosting and marshmallows.

Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, devils food
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 1 package large marshmallows
How To Make filled cupcakes

Step 1Follow instructions on cake mix for cupcakes.

Step 2While still hot, cut a square out of the center of the cupcakes and place a marshmallow in the hole. Cover with cake that you removed. Place back in the warm oven to melt marshmallows.

Step 3Let cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
