I added a drop of milk to the frositng to make it thin enough to pour over cake.

yellow cake mix
4
eggs
3/4 c
eggnog
1 pkg
vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c
oil
1/2 c
water
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
rum

FROSTING

4 Tbsp
rum
1 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Eggnog Cake with Rum Frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Prepare bundt pan by sprayng it with non-stick spray
  • 3Put all ingredients for the cake in the mixing bowl and beat for 4 minutes.
    Pour into bundt pan.
  • 4Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, before turning out onto rack.
  • 5Make frosting by adding 4 Tablesspoons rum to 1 cup powdered sugar to make a thicker frosting. Put cake onto serving plate and pour frosting over cake.(add more rum if it does not pour freely). Decorate as desired and enjoy.
