Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon rum
- FROSTING
- 4 tablespoons rum
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How To Make eggnog cake with rum frosting

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Prepare bundt pan by sprayng it with non-stick spray

Step 3Put all ingredients for the cake in the mixing bowl and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into bundt pan.

Step 4Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, before turning out onto rack.

Step 5Make frosting by adding 4 Tablesspoons rum to 1 cup powdered sugar to make a thicker frosting. Put cake onto serving plate and pour frosting over cake.(add more rum if it does not pour freely). Decorate as desired and enjoy.
