An easy to make delicious cake. Something other than pumpkin pie for the holidays. Frost with a cream cheese icing.

1 box (18 ounce) spice cake mix
1 package (4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
1/3 cup oil
1 cup pumpkin puree (without spices)
1/2 cup water
4 - eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make easy pumpkin cake

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes.

Step 2

Turn into a greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan.
Step 3

Bake in a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes.
Step 4

Frost with a cream cheese icing.
