Easy Hawaiian Cake
1 box(18 ounce) banana or yellow cake mix
1 can(s)(8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
1 pkg(3 ounce) instant vanilla or banana pudding
1/2 cchopped nuts
1/2 csliced ripe bananas
How to Make Easy Hawaiian Cake
- Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, pineapple, and the cup of pineapple liquid, eggs and oil.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in bananas and nuts.
- Pour into two 9 inch layer cake pans which have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes and take layers out of pans and cool on wire rack completely.
- Frost with a cream cheese icing.
