With a boxed cake mix and some gelatin, this makes for an easy cake to make for a party. I cut up fresh strawberries and decorate the top of the cake.

How To Make easy, creamy strawberry cake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Stir dry gelatin mix into cake mix. Pour batter into pan. Bake as directed on cake box.

Step 2

In bowl, stir together frosting and preserves. Spread frosting onto cooled cake.
