Everybody knows one of the main flavors of Dr. Pepper is prunes, and prunes are often one of the ingredients in spice cake. So I thought, what if you combined the two? You get an easy, delicious, moist cake, that's what! Frost it with caramel or cream cheese frosting. But shhh, don't give away your secret!

  1. Mix cake mix and Dr. Pepper. Pour into desired cake pan and bake as directed on box. Add frosting if desired.
