decadent brownie cake
This is one of the best chocolate cakes ever. I made this cake once for Church, it was so hard to send it without a piece missing...lol! This cake really needs no frosting, but add some fudge frosting or a Ganache if the mood strikes you! I did!! Enjoy! My photos

Ingredients
- 1 package cake mix, devils food ( i used the pudding added )
- 1 - 3.4 ounces chocolate instant pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup (each) - semi sweet chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips
- DIRECTIONS AT THE BOTTOM IF WANTING TO ADD GLAZE
How To Make decadent brownie cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.

Step 2Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Mix on low until combined, then medium for 3 minutes. Batter will be thick.

Step 3Stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 4Spoon batter evenly into your Bundt pan. Spread top evenly.

Step 5Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until pick comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Step 6Place serving plate on top of the cake and flip the cake over. Slice and serve with vanilla ice cream and fudge topping, if preferred

Step 7I glazed with a home made fudge glaze. 3 oz semi sweet choc chips 1/4 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar- (measure, then sift) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract In a saucepan, combine the chips, milk and butter over medium heat (stirring) until the chips and butter are melted and smooth. Remove from the heat; whisk in the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Step 8Spread the glaze over the cake...enjoy! It's one delicious cake!!
