Decadent Brownie Cake
This cake really needs no frosting, but add some fudge frosting or a Ganache if the mood strikes you! I did!!
1 pkgcake mix, devils food ( i used the pudding added )
1 - 3.4 ozchocolate instant pudding
1 csour cream
1/2 cvegetable oil
1 c(each) - semi sweet chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS AT THE BOTTOM IF WANTING TO ADD GLAZE
How to Make Decadent Brownie Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- I glazed with a home made fudge glaze.
3 oz semi sweet choc chips
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar- (measure, then sift)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, combine the chips, milk and butter over medium heat (stirring) until the chips and butter are melted and smooth. Remove from the heat; whisk in the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
