- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup fresh hot coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- FROSTING
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, cocoa, and sugar. Add the oil, coffee, milk, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2Pour into lightly greased 9x13 baking pan and bake 40 minutes or until cake is baked. Let cool before icing it.

Step 3Frosting-Cream butter in mixer, then add the cocoa and blend. Add egg and mix well. Add lemon juice and beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar slowly until frosting is smooth and creamy. Frost your cake and serve.
