  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 2 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp
    milk

How to Make Creamy Lemon Cupcake Frosting

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all ingredients except milk.
  2. gradually add the milk until you reach desired consistency.
  3. blend or whip until fluffy. frost cupcakes and enjoy!
