  • 1 1/2 c
    butter or parkay
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 6
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Aunt Jewel Drawhorn's Butteroll

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine butter and cream cheese (you can soften in microwave). Mix together with blender until very fluffy.
  2. Add sugar, blend. Add eggs, one at a time until blended.
  3. Add flour gradually and then mix vanilla.
  4. Pour into greased/flour Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees until done. (normally about 60 minutes)
