Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix w/ pudding, or 1 pkg cake mix and 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 - eggs
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
How To Make cream cheese lemon bars

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix and pudding mix, 1 egg and oil until combined.

Step 2It will be crumbly, that's fine. reserve 1 cup of mix. Pat remaining mix into bottom of pan. Bake 15 mins.

Step 3In another bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle w/ remaining cake mix, bake 15 mins more.
