These are are great citrusy, creamy dessert! I usually bring them to church functions.

Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix w/ pudding, or 1 pkg cake mix and 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
2
eggs
8 oz
reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/3 c
canola or vegetable oil

How to Make Cream cheese lemon bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix and pudding mix, 1 egg and oil until combined.
  • 2It will be crumbly, that's fine. reserve 1 cup of mix. Pat remaining mix into bottom of pan. Bake 15 mins.
  • 3In another bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle w/ remaining cake mix, bake 15 mins more.
