1 pkgyellow cake mix w/ pudding, or 1 pkg cake mix and 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
8 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsplemon juice
1/3 ccanola or vegetable oil
How to Make Cream cheese lemon bars
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix and pudding mix, 1 egg and oil until combined.
- It will be crumbly, that's fine. reserve 1 cup of mix. Pat remaining mix into bottom of pan. Bake 15 mins.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle w/ remaining cake mix, bake 15 mins more.
