Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 stick margerine
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make cranberry coffee cake

Step 1Cream margarine and sugar, add 1 egg at a time,add dry ingredients alternating with sour cream. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a bunt pan that has been greased. Spread 1/2 cranberries and nuts on top of the batter, then add the rest of the batter topping with the last of the cranberries and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, let cool before removing from pan. Drizzle with a glaze or dust with confectioners' sugar
