1/4 chot water

1/2 ccocoa

3/4 cpotato starch
How to Make Coffee Chocolate Cake (Passover)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl mix sugar, 2 whole eggs, yolks, vanilla, coffee, hot water, oil, cocoa, and potato starch.
- In a separate bowl, whip whites till stiff peaks form.
- Combine both mixtures well.
- Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour.
