- 9 - eggs (7 separated 2 whole)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons decaf coffee
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup potato starch
How To Make coffee chocolate cake (passover)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2In a large bowl mix sugar, 2 whole eggs, yolks, vanilla, coffee, hot water, oil, cocoa, and potato starch.

Step 3In a separate bowl, whip whites till stiff peaks form.

Step 4Combine both mixtures well.

Step 5Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour.
