- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 can coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 can coco lopez cream of coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
How To Make coconut sour cream cake

Step 1Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut in a large bowl. Bake in a greased 9x12 inch pan for 30 minutes.

Step 2When cake has cooled, blend sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla together. Spread on the cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
