How to Make Coconut Pound Cake
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add eggs, beating after each.
- Add milk and flavoring.
- Add sifted dry ingredients.
- NOTE: Be careful not to overbeat.
- Add coconut.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 and 1/2 hours.
