Ingredients

  • - mix 1 cup of sour cream with 1 cup of g. sugar
  • - 1- 8 oz bag of shredded coconut. you can use more if you want.
  • - bake box cake mix by directions for 2 - 9 in. rounds let cool

How To Make coconut cake

  • Step 1
    Mix sour cream, g. sugar and coconut together by folding in coconut last. Place in Refer. for one hr. so g. sugar will break down.
  • Step 2
    after cake cools down, put icing on top of one 9 in. round cake and spread thick the place other 9 in. round cake on top and cover just top also with icing. Put in cake tray with cover and place in refer. for 1 hr. serve cold.
  • Step 3
    Never mind about icing on side of cake it will run down.
