Ingredients For coconut cake

mix 1 cup of sour cream with 1 cup of g. sugar

1- 8 oz bag of shredded coconut. you can use more if you want.

bake box cake mix by directions for 2 - 9 in. rounds let cool
How To Make coconut cake

1Mix sour cream, g. sugar and coconut together by folding in coconut last. Place in Refer. for one hr. so g. sugar will break down.

2after cake cools down, put icing on top of one 9 in. round cake and spread thick the place other 9 in. round cake on top and cover just top also with icing. Put in cake tray with cover and place in refer. for 1 hr. serve cold.

3Never mind about icing on side of cake it will run down.
