Ingredients
- 1 18.25 oz packages white cake mix
- 1 3.4 oz. packages instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 4 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
How To Make coconut cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.

Step 2Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in a large bowl. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down sides of bowl, and then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Step 3Fold in coconut.

Step 4Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool. Frost or glaze, as desired.
