Ingredients For coconut cake

  • 1 18.25 oz pkg
    white cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz. pkg
    instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 c
    cream of coconut
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    shredded coconut

How To Make coconut cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.

    Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in a large bowl. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down sides of bowl, and then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Fold in coconut.

    Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool. Frost or glaze, as desired.
