1 18.25 oz pkgwhite cake mix
1 3.4 oz. pkginstant coconut cream pudding mix
1 ccream of coconut
2 cshredded coconut
How to Make Coconut Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
- Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in a large bowl. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down sides of bowl, and then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Fold in coconut.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool. Frost or glaze, as desired.
