How to Make Cobbler Coffee Cake
- Heat oven to 375˚F
- Stir together coffee cake ingredients until blended, then spread the soft dough evenly in a, well, I use an 11" x 7", rectangle, glass dish, sprayed w/ cooking oil. You can use what you like, 9" round, fluted cake pan...
- Next, open the yummy pie filling and spread it on top of the dough. Cherry is the flavor shown in the picture.
- Then stir together the topping ingredients by cutting in the butter. Sprinkle it over the pie filling evenly.
- Bake 22 minutes or 'till golden brown on top.
