citrus yogurt olive oil bundt cake
This is my almost homemade cake that taste like Grandma made it! Who said that you have to be a seasoned baker to create an amazing cake. I'm so proud of myself, considering I may bake a cake once a year, no joke. This was rather fun. Cooking with Love & Passion. sw :)

Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE YOU WILL NEED
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box lemon insant pudding. 3.4 oz
- 4 large eggs, cracked
- 1/2 cup clementine olive oil
- 1 cup greek whole milk yogurt
- - zest of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1/2 orange
- - juice of lemon
- FOR THE CITRUS GLAZE YOU WILL NEED
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons mix of lemon, lime & orange juice
- - zest of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1/2 orange
How To Make citrus yogurt olive oil bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all cake ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Step 2Mix ingredients on low with an electric mixer or by hand until the batter is a thick smooth consistency.

Step 3Spread cake batter into greased bundt pan or 2 small bundt pans.

Step 4Bake for 45-55 minutes until cake is golden brown, and inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5Slice cake/s evenly across the top/s

Step 6Invert cake/s onto a cooling rack until completely cooled.

Step 7Combine glaze ingredients together in a small mixing bowl until smooth and drizzle over cake/s
