Ingredients

  • BATTER
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 - envelopes-rapid rise yeast
  • 2/3 cup very warm milk (120-130)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 - egg
  • CINNAMON MIXTURE
  • 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, light
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ICING
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cinnamon swirl

  • Step 1
    Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 8x8-inch baking dish; let rise 10 min.
  • Step 2
    Mix cinnamon mixture in small bowl with fork.
  • Step 3

    Sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over batter
  • Step 5
    Using finger tips,poke topping thoughlt into batter.

    BAKE

    IN COLD OVEN
  • Step 8
    Place in cold oven.

    set oven temperature to 350. Bake 25-30 min.,until lightly browned and firm in center

    Cool 10 min

    Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm cake
