Ingredients

  • BATTER

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    envelopes-rapid rise yeast
  • 2/3 c
    very warm milk (120-130)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • CINNAMON MIXTURE

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • ICING

  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Cinnamon Swirl

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 8x8-inch baking dish; let rise 10 min.
  2. Mix cinnamon mixture in small bowl with fork.
  3. TOP
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over batter
  5. Using finger tips,poke topping thoughlt into batter.
  6. BAKE
  7. IN COLD OVEN
  8. Place in cold oven.
  9. set oven temperature to 350. Bake 25-30 min.,until lightly browned and firm in center
  10. Cool 10 min
  11. ICING
  12. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm cake
