How to Make Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl Bread w/Crunchy Pretzel Top
- Take other package and mix bread mix package with Your pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, water and yogurt with hand mixer on low for a minute.
Pour 1/2 of batter in greased loaf pan, then the half of cinnamon mix on top. Add rest of batter and top with remaining cinnamin pretzel mix. Bake till toothpick in center comes out clean. 50-60min. Check at 40min Mine was done early. Dont know if it was the yogurt. Better to be safe then sorry ;)
Let cool, remove from pan and ENJOY!!!
Great for breakfast or brunch tables. I enjoy for My sweet and salty craving at night ;)
You can make a glaze topping but this bread is so moist using the yogurt that the crunchy topping makes it!
