- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup currents
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 2 large eggs
How To Make cinnamon coffeee cake

Step 1Grease 9" square baking dish with grapeseed oil and dust with almond flour.

Step 2add dry ingredients, walnuts and currents in a large bowl in a medium bowl whisk together the grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and eggs stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mix until thoroughly combined. spread the batter in the baking dish.

Step 3To make the topping, combine the cinnamon, grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and almonds in a bowl. Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter. Bake 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 1 hour , then serve.
