sea salt
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 c
walnuts
1/2 c
currents
1/4 c
grapeseed oil
1/4 c
agave syrup
2 large
eggs

How to Make Cinnamon Coffeee Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease 9" square baking dish with grapeseed oil and dust with almond flour.
  • 2add dry ingredients, walnuts and currents in a large bowl
    in a medium bowl whisk together the grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and eggs
    stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mix until thoroughly combined. spread the batter in the baking dish.
  • 3To make the topping, combine the cinnamon, grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and almonds in a bowl. Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter.
    Bake 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 1 hour , then serve.
