2 1/2 calmond flour
1/4 tspsea salt
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/4 cgrapeseed oil
1/4 cagave syrup
How to Make Cinnamon Coffeee Cake
- Grease 9" square baking dish with grapeseed oil and dust with almond flour.
- add dry ingredients, walnuts and currents in a large bowl
in a medium bowl whisk together the grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and eggs
stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mix until thoroughly combined. spread the batter in the baking dish.
- To make the topping, combine the cinnamon, grapeseed oil, agave nectar, and almonds in a bowl. Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter.
Bake 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 1 hour , then serve.
