Chocolate Pound Cake
2 stickbutter, softened
1/2 cbutter crisco
3 1/2 call purpose flour
4 Tbspcocoa powder
1/2 tspbaking powder
1 tsppure vanilla extract
How to Make Chocolate Pound Cake
- Preheat oven to 350. Cream together in a mixing bowl, sugar, butter, and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time to creamed mixture stirring well after each one.
- Sift together dry ingredients. Alternate adding sifted ingredients and liquid ingredients into creamed mixture until all ingredients are blended together.
- Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour, it may need an extra 10 minutes if not done in center. Test with toothpick.
