It is obvious, if you live in the south, you will put pecans in almost everything :-) I do love pecans!!

Ingredients For chocolate pecan frosting

  • 1 stick
    butter-melted (not margarine)
  • 1 box
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp
    hot water (or more to make cosistencey right)
  • 1 c
    pecans-chopped

How To Make chocolate pecan frosting

  • 1
    In a mixer, combine butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, and water. Mix on medium spread until well blended. If needed, add more hot water until achieve spreading consistency. Fold in pecans.
