How to Make Chocolate peanut butter cake
- Bake cake according to package directions adding 1/3 cup peanut butter to the mix. Bake at 350 using a 13x9x2 in baking pan. Cool slightly
- In a saucepan combine evaporated milk, 1/3 cup peanut better, 1 cup brown sugar. Stir till mixture boils, watch it doesn't burn.
- When cake is done pour hot mixture over the cake and put under low broil till it bubbles 2 minutes, watch it. Then sprinkle with coconut and broil till coconut lightly browns. Again watch it. Enjoy
