What a great combination, cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie dough. The best of both worlds.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (1 pound) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, rolled into 1 inch balls
  • 2 ounces mini chocolate chips
  • CRUST
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

How To Make chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Grease the bottom and sides of a 10 inch spring form pan.
  • Step 2
    Combine the butter with the chocolate cookie crumbs. Press onto the bottom and sides of the pan.
  • Step 3
    Beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flour until blended. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix until just blended.
  • Step 4
    Pour half of batter into prepared crust.
  • Step 5
    Gently stir cookie dough and chocolate chips into remaining batter. Pour into pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Step 7
    Turn the oven off and prop the door open several inches. Allow the cake to remain in the oven 30 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Refrigerate cheesecake.
