Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 cup milk, i used 1%
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 - 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup heart-healthy bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate-cherry coffe cake

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat eggs, 1-1/2 cups sugar, oil milk and vanilla.

Step 2Beat in both flours and baking powder. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Drop cherry pie filling by tsps in rows into the batter.

Step 3In medium bowl, combine bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar and butter until crumbly. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Sprinkle over batter. Bake about 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. You may want to check the cake at 45 mins.
