1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat eggs, 1-1/2 cups sugar, oil milk and vanilla.
2Beat in both flours and baking powder. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Drop cherry pie filling by tsps in rows into the batter.
3In medium bowl, combine bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar and butter until crumbly. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Sprinkle over batter. Bake about 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. You may want to check the cake at 45 mins.
