moist chocolate cake in a jiffy!
Had a hankering for chocolate cake, but wasn't wanting to dabble in frosting today, so I made my friend Linda's recipe. She usually only served this with fresh whipped cream. I also like the ease of this cake, a one bowl recipe...no eggs either. Enjoy, it's yummy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups cold water
How To Make moist chocolate cake in a jiffy!

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until well blended on med high of hand mixer.

Step 2Pour in prepared cake can and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Step 3Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
