Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas,about 3 bananas
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup 4 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate chips,melted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup 4 ounces semisweet chocolate,finely chopped
How To Make chocoalate swirl banana cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees an grease 8x8 baking pan.

Step 2Combine flour and soda and mix well.Blend sugar and butter and mix well.

Step 3Add sour cream,banana,egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.

Step 4add the flour mixture and blend until just combined.do not overmix.

Step 5Gently fold in the melted chocolate and stir just till marbled pattern appears.

Step 6Pour into baking pan and bake 40-45 minutes.

Step 7Ganache: scald cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat an ad chocolate. Cover pan with a lid and set aside.After 15 minutes stir frosting till smooth.Put in a bowl and refrigerate till firm about 30 minutes. Frost cake.
