Cherry Cheese Cake
1 can(s)eagle brand milk (condensed)
1 can(s)cherry pie filling (only use 1/2 of can for pie)
8 0z. pkg8 0z phildephia cream cheese
1keebler graham pie crust
1/3 creal lemon juice
1/2 tspvanilla flavoring
How to Make Cherry Cheese Cake
- First take cream cheese from refrigerator and let set for a couple of hours to get to room temperature.
- In large bowl mix cream cheese, Eagle brand milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix till most all the lumps are out of the cream cheese.
Hint: It helps to break up the cream cheese with a spoon before mixing.
- Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Put in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Till set.
- After pie has set put 1/2 of the can of the Cherry pie filling on top and put back into the refrigerator till ready to serve. Quick and easy dessert and it is delicious!
