eagle brand milk (condensed)
cherry pie filling (only use 1/2 of can for pie)
8 0z phildephia cream cheese
keebler graham pie crust
How to Make Cherry Cheese Cake
1First take cream cheese from refrigerator and let set for a couple of hours to get to room temperature.
2In large bowl mix cream cheese, Eagle brand milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix till most all the lumps are out of the cream cheese.
Hint: It helps to break up the cream cheese with a spoon before mixing.
3Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Put in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Till set.
4After pie has set put 1/2 of the can of the Cherry pie filling on top and put back into the refrigerator till ready to serve. Quick and easy dessert and it is delicious!
