Have made this Cherry Cheese Cake for many years. Make it every Christmas. My family has always looked forward to this dessert. So much so, that I make one cheesecake for each one of my grown children to take home with them every Christmas.

eagle brand milk (condensed)

cherry pie filling (only use 1/2 of can for pie)
8 0z. pkg
8 0z phildephia cream cheese
keebler graham pie crust
1/3 c
real lemon juice
1/2 tsp
vanilla flavoring

How to Make Cherry Cheese Cake


  • 1First take cream cheese from refrigerator and let set for a couple of hours to get to room temperature.
  • 2In large bowl mix cream cheese, Eagle brand milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix till most all the lumps are out of the cream cheese.

    Hint: It helps to break up the cream cheese with a spoon before mixing.
  • 3Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Put in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Till set.
  • 4After pie has set put 1/2 of the can of the Cherry pie filling on top and put back into the refrigerator till ready to serve. Quick and easy dessert and it is delicious!
