- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or
- 1/2 teaspoon grand marnier
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
How To Make cannoli filling recipe with mascarpone ingredients

Step 1* Mix filling ingredients together.

Step 2* Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (at least a couple of hours).

Step 3* Use a ziploc ( cut the corner ) and pipe into the shells.

Step 4* Keep the cannoli refrigerated until dessert time or whenever you are ready to serve.
