cake mix apple-blueberry crunch
I had a can of apple filling and wasn't sure what to make, so I decided to add blueberries and make a crunch. I used cake mix and it came out wonderful.

Ingredients
- 1 - 21 oz can apple pie filling
- 14 ounces frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make cake mix apple-blueberry crunch

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Spread apple pie filling in bottom of pan.

Step 2In bowl, mix together blueberries and sugar. Spoon over apples. In bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites.

Step 3Spread cake mix over fruit. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Bake 45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
