I had a can of apple filling and wasn't sure what to make, so I decided to add blueberries and make a crunch. I used cake mix and it came out wonderful.

Ingredients

21 oz can apple pie filling
14 oz
frozen blueberries
3/4 c
sugar
1 box
white cake mix
1 c
water
1 Tbsp
canola oil
3
egg whites
1 c
chopped walnuts

How to Make Cake mix apple-blueberry crunch

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Spread apple pie filling in bottom of pan.
  • 2In bowl, mix together blueberries and sugar. Spoon over apples. In bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites.
  • 3Spread cake mix over fruit. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Bake 45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
