Ingredients

  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 small box instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 package cool whip whipped topping

How To Make butterscotch pecan poke cake

  • Step 1
    Make the cake according to the directions on the box... let cool completely ( I use a 9x13 inch pan..)
  • Step 2
    poke holes all over the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon... Mix up the instant pudding mix, and while it is still pretty runny; pour in all over the cake and into the holes...
  • Step 3
    top the cake with whipped topping and refrigerate; always best the next day! Enjoy...
  • Step 4
    You could toss some pecan pieces on top of the cool whip before serving...
