Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 ounce) butter recipe cake mix or yellow cake mix or french vanilla cake mix
  • 1 package (3 ounce) french vanilla instant pudding mix or butterscotch instant pudding mix or banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup almond brickle chips
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frosting
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

How To Make butter brickle cake

  • Step 1
    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sweetened condensed milk and butter. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in brickle chips.
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 20-25 minutes. Then remove cake to cool completely on wire rack. Glaze, if desired GLAZE: Combine frosting and brown sugar in small bowl. Stir in milk until blended. Drizzle over cake. Sprinkle with reserved brickle chips.
  • Step 4
    Can also be made in two 9 inch layer cake pans. Bake for 33 to 36 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with a chocolate icing.
