Butter Brickle Cake
1 box(18 ounce) butter recipe cake mix or yellow cake mix or french vanilla cake mix
1 pkg(3 ounce) french vanilla instant pudding mix or butterscotch instant pudding mix or banana cream instant pudding mix
1/2 csweetened condensed milk
1/2 csoftened butter
1/2 calmond brickle chips
1/2 cvanilla frosting
1 Tbspbrown sugar
How to Make Butter Brickle Cake
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sweetened condensed milk and butter.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Fold in brickle chips.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 20-25 minutes. Then remove cake to cool completely on wire rack.
Glaze, if desired
GLAZE: Combine frosting and brown sugar in small bowl.
Stir in milk until blended.
Drizzle over cake.
Sprinkle with reserved brickle chips.
- Can also be made in two 9 inch layer cake pans.
Bake for 33 to 36 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frost with a chocolate icing.
