Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make brown sugar pecan coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Stir together the flour and brown sugar in a large bowl. With a pastry blender cut the butter cubes into flour mixture.

Step 2Press 2 3/4 cup of crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. In another bowl mix your sour cream, egg, and baking soda. Add this mixture to the rest of the crumb mixture, stirring until crumbs are moist.

Step 3Stir together the sugar and cinnamon. Pour the sour cream mixture over crust in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture and pecans.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 25-30 or until cake tests done in center with a tooth pick. Let cool in pan 30 minutes. Serve warm.
