Ingredients

4 cups crushed pineapple
2 cups chopped pecans
6 cups diced marshmallows
1 1/2 cups diced maraschino cherries
2 quarts whipping cream
- angel food cake

How To Make bride's delight angel food cake

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.

Step 2

Approximately 30 minutes before serving time, whip the cream and fold it into the above mixture. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 3

Serve over angel food cake squares or add an ice cream scoop full onto slice of angel food cake. Garnish with sliced strawberry, stemmed cherry or mint leaf; (optional).
