Ingredients
- 4 cups crushed pineapple
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 6 cups diced marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups diced maraschino cherries
- 2 quarts whipping cream
- - angel food cake
How To Make bride's delight angel food cake

Step 1Combine first 4 ingredients and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.

Step 2Approximately 30 minutes before serving time, whip the cream and fold it into the above mixture. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 3Serve over angel food cake squares or add an ice cream scoop full onto slice of angel food cake. Garnish with sliced strawberry, stemmed cherry or mint leaf; (optional).
