How to Make Blueberry Pound Cake

  • 1Mix all wet ingredients and brown sugar.
  • 2In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.(Except Blueberries)
  • 3Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture while beating. After batter is well mixed , fold in blueberries carefully. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan or loaf pan and bake in 350* pre-heated oven for 35-40 mins. Keep checking at the 30 min mark using a toothpick. let cool for 30 mins before turning out of pan and I use a simple glaze and drizzle over the top after I turn it out of the pan. Sometimes I frost it with a cream cheese frosting and put scatter blueberries and pecans all over it! Enjoy :)
