Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 box (smallest box) instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1/4 cup self rising flour
- 5 - large eggs
- 2 cups blueberries
How To Make blueberry pound cake

Step 1Mix all wet ingredients and brown sugar.

Step 2In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.(Except Blueberries)

Step 3Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture while beating. After batter is well mixed , fold in blueberries carefully. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan or loaf pan and bake in 350* pre-heated oven for 35-40 mins. Keep checking at the 30 min mark using a toothpick. let cool for 30 mins before turning out of pan and I use a simple glaze and drizzle over the top after I turn it out of the pan. Sometimes I frost it with a cream cheese frosting and put scatter blueberries and pecans all over it! Enjoy :)
