Don't remember where I got this recipe from, but there is a drink called the Black Russian and this cake takes after it. It is moist and very tasty. Always get compliments when I serve it. And it is so so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 box small box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup kahlua
- 1/4 cup vodka
How To Make black russian cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 and use a tube pan greased and floured. (I use a bundt pan)

Step 2Mix all ingredients on low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes

Step 3Bake for 50 minutes (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean); COOL in pan 25 minutes.

Step 4GLAZE (optional) 1 cup powdered sugar 3 TBS Kahlua Mix together (if too dry, add more Kahlua a little at a time) and drizzle over cooled cake
