Ingredients

1 boxyellow cake mix with pudding
-
1 boxsmall box instant chocolate pudding
-
1 csalad oil
-
4eggs
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/4 ckahlua
-
1/4 cvodka
How to Make Black Russian Cake
- Preheat oven to 325 and use a tube pan greased and floured. (I use a bundt pan)
- Mix all ingredients on low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes
- Bake for 50 minutes (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean); COOL in pan 25 minutes.
- GLAZE (optional)
1 cup powdered sugar
3 TBS Kahlua
Mix together (if too dry, add more Kahlua a little at a time) and drizzle over cooled cake
