Big 'Ole Cheesecake
1 1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs
1/3 cmelted butter
5 pkg8 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 largeegg yolks
1 3/4 csugar
1/4 cwhole milk
1/8 call purpose flour
How to Make Big 'Ole Cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup of the white sugar, and the melted butter together. Press mixture into the bottom of a 10 inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs and egg yolks; mix until smooth. Add the remaining 1 3/4 cups sugar, the flour and the milk. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 200 degrees and continue baking for 3 and ½ hours. Shut oven off and Let cheesecake cool completely in oven. Then refrigerate for 24 hours or longer.
