2 cgraham crackers, crushed
1/4 cbutter, melted
16 ozcream cheese, room temperature
2 cconfectioners' sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
12 ozcool whip
1 can(s)crushed pineapple
1 cchopped pecans
1 jar(s)maraschino cherries
How to Make Banana Split Cake with Cream Cheese
- Crush graham crackers. Mix the melted butter with the graham crackers. Spread and pack down on the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese,sugar and vanilla together. Spread these 3 ingredients (cream cheese, sugar and vanilla)mixture over the top of the graham cracker cookied crumbs.
- Sprinkle the drained crushed pineapple over the mixture (cream cheese, sugar and vanilla). Spread the sliced bananas over the pineapple layer. Cover the bananas with the 12 ounces of cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Arrange cherries 2 inches apart on top of nuts. Chill for 3 hours. Keep refrigerated until served.
