Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 package dark chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 med)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup rum
- 3 large eggs
- FROSTING
- 1 small box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 8oz - frozen whipped topping, thawed
How To Make banana rum fudge cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9X13 inch pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45-55 or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely

Step 3Frosting: In large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and rum; beat on medium speed until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Stored covered in refrigerator.
